Best Student Paper Award for Jia Zuo & Team at EurOMA
Jia Zuo, Satwant Dahiya, and Christian Busse receive award for the paper "Exploring the sustainability-related perception building role of intermediaries in multi-tier supply chains."
Auszeichnung auf der EurOMA.
At the conference, PhD candidate Jia Zuo received recognition for her paper, which she co-authored with Dr. Satwant Dahiya and Prof. Dr. Christian Busse.
In this paper, the team examines how intermediaries at various levels of supply chains facilitate the flow of sustainability information from upstream to downstream—specifically in the context of critical minerals industries, where power and information asymmetries are widespread. The goal is to understand the role of intermediaries in shaping perceptions in sustainable supply chain management. A practical conclusion drawn from preliminary research findings suggests that companies should transition from a stage-by-stage disclosure process to a cross-stage verification process in order to improve the reliability of sustainability information disclosure.
Congratulations, Jia and team!
